It's a terrific guide to dealing with change and turning it into opportunity. Drucker and Senge offer insightful observations about the how to prepare for the future. I showed it to a group of colleagues at a company off-site and it helped generate a great discussion. There's a workbook that I used to guide the discussion, and a lot of really good insights throughout the video.
